This contemporary alpine-style ski-in/ski-out first floor chalet-apartment is situated in the beautiful, tranquil village of Le Praz which has two lifts with direct access to the Courchevel ski area and the Three Valleys.
The interior has been decorated to the highest standards with traditional wood features throughout and stylish, comfortable furnishings.
The main space is a vast open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with huge balcony windows. The main living room includes comfortable leather sofas and armchairs where you can relax at the end of the day around the log fire. This room includes its own flat-screen TV, X-box and games and a Bluetooth speaker to listen to some tunes. The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests and the kitchen has a breakfast bar for 2.
The property also has a ski room with heated boot warmers, where you can store all your equipment without it cluttering up your living space.
WiFi access is available throughout the property.
Sleeping
The chalet sleeps up to 10 in five ensuite bedrooms, all with balcony access and large windows. The rooms are configured as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Double room with en-suite walk-in shower room, wc and basin.
- Bedroom 2: Double room with en-suite walk-in shower room, wc and basin.
- Bedroom 3: Twin room with en-suite bath/shower room, wc and basin.
- Bedroom 4: Twin/double room with en-suite walk-in shower room, wc and basin.
- Bedroom 5: Twin/double room with en-suite bathroom, wc and basin. (This room is located down internal stairs).
Dining
The chalet is let on a fully catered basis, with delicious wholesome cooking. This includes a choice of continental and cooked breakfast to start your day. Afternoon tea, with a scrumptious home baked cake, will await your return from skiing. The evening starts with pre-dinner bubbly and canapés, followed by an excellent three-course meal and cheese board, served with house wines.

Check-in Arrangements
The chalets will be cleaned and ready for new arrivals after 15:00 on Sunday afternoon. However, should you arrive between 09:00 and 15:00 they will make somewhere available for you to leave your bags and arrange for you to change so that you are able to go out skiing if you wish.
NB. Please note that however you travel, for the comfort of outgoing guests, they cannot accommodate new arrivals into any of the chalets before 10:00 on the day of arrival or after midnight.
Check-out Arrangements
You will be asked you to vacate your chalet by 10:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to ski on this day then please let us know on booking so that we can make arrangements for luggage storage.
Child policy
Children are very welcome at the chalet. Equipment can be supplied for younger children and earlier evening meals are available. Let them know your children's favourite foods at the time of booking and they'll do their best to accommodate.
