Frappadingue Alp X'Trem

The Frappadingue Alp X'Trem is an extreme obstacle course based in Courchevel Le Praz.

Around 5500 frappadingues are expected to tackle the 40 obstacles spread out over 12km, this is an event not to be missed.

Courses include ladders, monkey bridges, nets to climb, hay bales and tubes, all with the objective of finishing the race in the fastest time!
